i have one, think i have the spacer too, but not 100%. not too sure on condition though. i think its all good.

well i finally had a chance to have a look, and found the one i have is no good..
one mounting bolt is missing and the other one is broken.
sorry mate.

the spacer is ok though, so if ya want that, you can have it.
