Flighter micka essentially this is my first complete rebuild im going to attempt and i wanna do it right, with the right info. cheers, mick :-D Others have mentioned the Vizard and Hammill books on modifying your Pinto, but if you are interested in how to go about stripping it and rebuilding it, this other book by Vizard may be what you are seeking: "How to rebuild your 1.3, 1.6 & 2.0 OHC Ford" ISBN 0-912656-68-9 http://www.amazon.com/How...1-3-Ford/dp/0912656689 Probably long out of print, but worth picking up second hand IMO.

I'll also recomend this book highly. I used this and the gregory's manual to rebuild my first engine when I was 20 and it really was very well written for absolute beginners. Good luck Matt
