Hey all, im after a set of VG condition conrods to suite a ford 2lt OHC pinto motor, the ones im after are the later stronger type found in late 205 block motors, as seen on the right in this photo

Sorry dont want to pay that much, can pickup a whole motor for less, just after a set of rods, im also in New Zealand BTW

if you can pick up a complete 205 for less than that, you're damn lucky.
they're a bit thin on the ground here.

Was going to say the same thing. If a complete 205 is cheaper than that, buy two and sell the second set of rods over here. That'll pay for the first set complete with engine.

I can get one thats been sitting outside for $50, and a sierra 5 speed for that aswell, my mate just brought two engines and gearboxes for $400, all in New Zealand Dollars....

Not all 205 engines have the stronger rods, ive already got 2 engines in pieces (neither had the right type) taking up lotsa room, id rather just get the rods by themselves if possible....
