Yeah I know they may cause me a few problems, ip racing is a fair way off for me anyone so it was one of those things I thought I'd sort out when I really have to, plenty of ip civics and even a lantra racing around with hole sawed rear bumpers, how is that ip legal, how is that any different then the front panel, anyway have to finish the car, show it and super sprint it and when I think I'm ready to bang panels then I'll sort out the ip restrictions

First I just wanted to clarify. You have the engine listed for sale but also say you are taking offers on the car?
Were you wanting to sell complete, or separate?
If you are looking to sell the car, can you tell us a little more about it?
Brake and Suspension upgrades? Diff? You have mentioned bare metal respray. Looks great.
Like I said the car looks awesome! Interested to know more! Depending on your plans and expectations I may be in the market.
Cheers

To be honest my financial situation and being in the market to buy a house was sort of forcing me to think about selling it, I really don't want to, i have put thousands of hours into this car and I don't think I will ever have the time or money to ever build anything like this again. In saying that I would have to seriously consider a sensible offer.
Just a few more things on the car-
The shell is completely seam welded, rear suspension is new mk2 rear leaves, tramp bars, watts linkage, hilux LSD diff, adjustable gaz shocksand modified spring mounts on diff and plates so to run no bushes. Brakes are 4 piston wilwood with vented and cross drilled brakes, front suspension has adjustable swaybar, anti dive kit, modified crossmember for custom engine mount, standard tca's, adjustable gaz coil overs, kmac adjustable alloy tops, alloy hubs, quick rack. Front and rear have wheel spacers which were machined from billet alloy to act as wheel locaters so wheels don't rely on studs for location
That is most of it

Mate if you can hang on to it you should.  You'd kick yourself down the track if it went.

Although, you need to do what you need to do. Being a Mortgage Broker I know how hard it is to get a deposit together.

Good luck with it all.

Great car too.

Cheers

Great job, I am sure most that have built any car from the ground up, can appreciate the hours, money and dedication it takes to get it finished.
