A number of years ago, I poured through a Weber book and looked up the primary and secondary jet sized for all 32/36 equiped Pinto Engined 2Lt Fords (Escorts, Cortinas, Capris and Granadas...)
They all ranged from 127 to 140, with Autos generally having bigger and bigger cars also having bigger... Generally manual cars had a slightly smaller primary jet, and autos had similar sized jets between the main and seondary, but some were bigger and some were smaller...
I ran 140's in both barrels of a 2Lt Escort that was essentially fresh, but standard with extractors and an exhaust. It ran well and got good economy too. 145 may be a little big for the primary...
