I'm after a Mk 2 Escort 2-door road car as a project for my son.

Doesn't necessarily have to be registered, and would also consider a rolling shell, or anything suitable.

Pitty you are not in Sydney Peter, I am about to change direction with projects and will be selling compleate running MKII 2 door with 3 engine and gearbox options, std 2ltr struts and springs or coil over 2lts wedged struts with brand new Gas adjustable inserts, brand new 2 1/4 190lb springs brand new TX3 vented disc with volvo 4 pots and excentric adjustable top mts option. New front Floor pans done, inner front arch opened up for larger front wheel/ tyre clearence.

Have picked up a neat little Mk 2 two-door with rebuilt 2-litre engine and brand new 2.5" exhaust system. Should be a good platform to start with.
