what your talking about are "semi-sealed beams" . you can find them in square shape, if you look around. last time i checked Hansa sell square ones, so find a retail outlet that sell Hansa products.

Just brighter globes i'm not sure are illegal, however HID's are illegal without auto adjust headlights. all the late model cars with HID's you will find are fitted with auto levellers.

I don't know who would supply square headlights.
