Sorry to bump an old thread guys. About to order a set of TCAs off Smcka, just wondering if the rose jointed ones offer more negative camber than the regular bush ones? If so, is it a noticeable amount?

They transformed my Mk2 around the twisties.

I ran a set of TCA's on my Mk1 escort rally car for over 3 years here in Vic and had no problems with durability of the spherical end what so ever.
Please note that it did run a rubber boot and I did remove and clean, check, measure and lubricate them after every event.
The obvious has been stated in regards to their benefits.
You would need to consider how much you want to spend on purchasing them and the time you wish to maintain them over bushed style ends. Keep in mind that you need to understand how to maintain these styles of ends if you are going to run them. The racers and engineers use them for good reasons.
I will be using them again on my next project.
