well just a little update.

still waiting on the 3rd engine shipment to arrive so in the mean time ive booked the escort in at walker chassis for a roll cage to be fitted.
when i got a quote off him he said he wouldn't be able to do it until at least mid April, but when i rang him on Wednesday he said he just had a cancellation so im in for the 9th of march.

thats less than 2 weeks away and this weekend and next weekend are out of the question as i have prior commitments. so a few night after work are in order

so tonight i removed the windows and took most of the sound dedener crap off the floor. its a fun job with a hammer and chisel haha




still need to get the rest of that black tar $hit off yet.

and for anyone who is interested, i baged up about 90% of it and put it on the scales.

a few more things need to be removed before its ready for a cage

dry ice is apparently the best method for getting the black stuff of. get a big block of it (the ice) and stick it in the middle of the dedener for a while, then the whole lot should come off in bigish slabs.

yeah ive been told that before. will give it a bash
