You can work it out based on injector flow rate.... e.g.1200cc x 4 per minute x 60 minutes = 288 litres per hour. I think I need a new lift pump[B)]

If you are making 450hp on 98 fuel then a pump with 130L/h capacity will do the job as a lift pump even at full tilt, but of course the injectors are not flowing full tilt all the time...I have a 30GPH=136L/h Facet lift pump with Bosch 044 main pump.

Pretty simple, nothing flash, it only needs to fill the head tank...Reliably

The only pump I now use is Carter, both Holley and Facet have become to unreliable.
The Carter pumps are 97GPH, max pressure 8psi and have an internal relief valve that works, cheaper as well than the other two.

Im currently running a single bosch 044 which is rated by Bosch to 200lph @ 5 bar...I will be changing to a pair of 413's which are rated to 200lph @ 8 bar each pump. Old school injectors are fine on an 044 which will see 5 bar under full boost but new generation injectors run higher pressure now requiring up to 5 bar base pressure and will see upto 8 bar on boost.
Cheers,
Phil.
