Number plate lights - Mk II Eski

Hi all,

Is there any place that sells replacement number plate lights for the rear bumper of a Mk II Eski?

The plastic clear piece / lens has deteriorated and just fallen apart and I need to replace both of them. Any tips on who might sell them?

Found some on ebay but expensive, may be the go. Rare spares don't seem to keep them.
