Hi all. 3/1975 4 Door MK1 Escort with pain code: 3. It is a cream/white sort of colour. Does anybody know this colour or have the scales I can access please? Thanks. Ken

Interestingly enough: Polar White does not match the original colour. I guess there are so many variables in this such as age of paint, clear coating over the top, duco or enamal original paint versus 2 pack, etc. I guess I will have to get it matched for a true colour.[xx(]

Did you buy one of those little test spray cans? or get some paint made up?

yes I did but the colour was no where near what it should have been. Looks like I will need to do a match job...

Those little test cans are fairly useless in my experience. Get the paint place that you'll buy the final coat from to make up a sample. That way you'll get the exact colour that you'll end up with.
