With the clutch issue you can use 10mm inside dia tube with a washer tack welded to one end (this stops the thread being pulled in) at the other end Sit the washer 15mm-+ down the tube so it slides into the belhousing( where the plastic guide bush was) .it will look like mini offset dumbbell. When making this spacer make sure the cable lock nuts are about half way and weld the second washer in place . The length will be found when you hold the clutch pedal up to free height and wind the lock nuts mid way.
Speedo, pull out the Speedo and set to minus 10kph for now as you really need a different cog which is hidden behind the tin Welsh plug opposite side of the gbox Speedo cable drive. Swap out with your old 4spd box cog , the more teeth count the slower the drive ratio reducing the dial speed.

Great effort but you didnt need the cut an oval in the tunnel and reweld in as most people do. to save time cut off the the ring the holds the gear stick gaiter and weld up just the existing hole then cut a new 90mm hole in the new position and tack on the ring. way less work and looks better from under the car and less welding. i did post phots a few years ago not sure where whey are now .
