Seasons greetings :)
I'm looking for some advice to upgrade my rear suspension for fast road use. The car gets a bit of axle tramp and the rear end feels like it's swinging out when cornering at speed. Car is 1970 MK1 with the 45deg shocks. Thanks

I should mention it's got 1.5" lowering blocks & the leaf spring bushes are the originals! Should the leaf pack be modified at all when they come out? ie: get rid of blocks and reset 1.5", add another leaf???

Super pro bushes
kings rear springs with the reverse eye
bilstein shocks
don't reset the springs and get rid of the spacer blocks
It's a known good package and bang for buck....

Use the MK2 leafs , you just have to machine down the front bushes to suit the narrower mounts on the body. Some will say that you have to narrow the spring at the front but that is a load of shizen.

You will also need MK2 shackles for the rear and MK2 plates for under the U bolts
