To fit twin carbs, I have been told the solution is to lower the braket master cylinder bracket.  Looking in the engine bay this seems logical, but would like to here from someone who has done it.  Would like to know what has to be modified, and by how much.
Cheer to anyone who can help.!!

All the pros use a FBH. But I think cut & weld would be a better option if you have the know how. Be wary of the changes to rod alignment when the bracket drops. Keep us posted, I haven't seen or heard results from this mod before :)

Unbolt the bracket from the inner wing, lower it to desired angle and drill the 3x holes to suit, re fit bolts....job jobbed !

Thanks Martymexico
That was an option that ran through my mind.
My only concern from that was if the fluid reservoir would then not be level, and whether there might be some adverse effects from that.  I then thought this could be offset by putting shims under the bottom 2 bolts of the vacuum servo where it bolts to the bracket.
Hence why I was hoping to hear from someone who had done it, so I am not the guinea pig!! lol.
Have you done the mod martymexico?
cheers
