Yes, ratios may be different but it'll fit no probs.  Vans usually have a higher ratio. 3.89 I think??
 
You couldn't get one rebuilt for that money.  Usually around $600 - $850 for a rebuild.
 
Is it the complete diff or just the centre?

comes complete drum to drum, and hand brake cable and includes sway bar
my van is getting restored into a sundowner replica, the 1600 is replaced with a 2ltr
just installed a sport pack dash
and the sport front bars
plus just bought sundowner rear side windows,need to find someone to cut the holes for the windows
