I am doing the same conversion myself, wiring won't be an issue unless you change to an alternator.
You will need to work out a throttle cable (get rid of the rod). If you stick with the orginal Anglia gearbox you may need a larger slave cylinder (Mexico slave cylinder I believe - not sure if they are available in OZ) to work the heavier clutch that will be required.
If the block is a 711M you will need to modify engine mounts, if it is an older crossflow out of a Capri or Cortina (681 block) then it will fit the original mounts.
The exhaust shouldn't be an issue.
