Great first car,it looks pretty tidy. I agree with what a few people have said, keep the standard front. Some nice rims and some new paint and it should look sweet, you don't want to attract to much attention with the Police. Look forward to some more progress pics in the future.

dont think the RS front will be a problem with the police they will look straight past that to the cage, proberly not a great idea if u want to go unseen. thats just my opinion as a P plate escort driver, who seems to be 'randomly pulled over alot'.

Lol, i was looking at the first couple of pics thinking, maybe a old granny car before hand... then i seen the cage lol, it's a nice car buddy, i would leave the front and keep the square head lights.. everyone gets the round ones and copys each other. Black would look nice, they had a thread on here called night rider i think and that MK2 was the bomb, i loved it! black really suits the mk2, as for the nose cone sell it to someone with a mk2 who cant afford a real RS lol, Btw what's under the bonnet? with that cage in there id like to think somthing with a bit of guts, worked 2L? maybe some twins? Overall Nice one

the motor that is going in is gettin slowly built lol but its a 2L pinto bord to a 2.1 and the head will be pretty standard as for money but it is gettin set up for a big cam n poo poo. ye i will get some twins when i get the money.

Everyone should get rid of them, then I will be the only one with square ones =P. Looks good. Dont make it a RS lookalike, better the way it is.

Paint your bonnet mat black, would look sweet. Did mine the other day =) lol. Just remember that changing the carby is ilegal. Cops haven't checked under my bonnet yet but they have asked if they can buy mine off me lol.

i got my nosecone dummy fitted and put the rs bonnet on.
photos are crap quality but ill take some soon with the camera

vinyl roof has been removed.

done some work on the engine bay yesterday giving it a quick sand and painted it aswell.
