Hi Andrew cast 200 iron block is 47.26kg Approximately
I didn’t actually buy it for the weight saving i just couldn’t find a 200 block that did not cost a million dollars, and buying the alloy one from the U S was cheaper than a cast one from the U K.

cheers

8 inch billet clutch fitted to flywheel today after being drilled and studs inserted with adjusters
Now that we got clutch fitted to flywheel can start on making the bell housing Cossie block to G Force box.

The gold thing is the cover plate then the floater plate and clutch disc.
They anodise the aluminium gold or red depending on manufacturer

Pressure adjustments are made through the ststic pressure weights (A)
and centrifugal pressure weights (B)

Dial height gauge allows resetting of the ring height
