Hi guys
I'm trying to track down my 2lt MkII Escort. I sold it about 2 years back to a guy named Joe who then sold it to a guy in Queensland who owns a car dealership that specialises in jap imports. He told me he was going to turn it into a Rothmans replica and display it in his showroom but he never got back to me with the pictures he promised.

I would really love to know what's happened to it and if anyone knows of the car or knows Joe or the guy in Qld that he sold it too.

Also if the car is for sale I might be interested in buying it back.

Just looking at those pics I don't think thats the same shell. Just cause Stand_Defiant had the flares blended into the panel and the rothmans one hasn't had that done to it. Just an observation =P

There is a guy here on the Gold Coast who owns Japanes Wholesale who dabbles in Escorts from time to time. His name is Sacha and you can try him on 07 55373333 (tell him Shaun from the motorsport club passed on his number - he had my old Mk1 RS replica a while back).

I have also sold some bits to a pommy guy in Brisbane a while back that had bought "that green 2 door off the Escort forum site". Dont know whether it was yours or who he bought it off. I don't have his name or number but I get calls from a few regulars chasing bits from time to time, I will keep my ear out.
