Hi All.

Has anyone in Adelaide have a suitable pipe bender I can borrow?

I'm wanting to bend up some lines from my reservoir to my master cylinder to get an idea of what looks decent.

I have looked at buying one but most of the "cheapies" only do 90 deg (and at a quite large radius). I want to be able to bend through 180 and at the smallest radius possible (approx 12mm with 1/4" pipe).

Hi Paul,

I have never seen anything that tight, you might need to machine a custom die up to bend that tight.

Cheers,

Phil.

You don't need to have hard lines from reservoir to m/c, flexible rubber or braided will do the job proper and pass engineering.

I know but my chosen reservoir makes it difficult (in my opinion) to achieve the look I want.

I,m after a "factory" appearance which I don't think is achievable with rubber hoses in my application.
