Capri Fuel Tank

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone has a Early model capri fuel tank (the upright ones) that they dont need/want at all? Im looking for one to put into my rally car. if you do and are id love to hear from you!

No one I know from up here heading south Matt.

Anyone you know heading North to Nambucca for the Shannons Small Ford Round up?

P.S. I'd better stick my head in and check it out tonight, it's been sitting under one bench or other for 20 years!

Im not to sure of anyone from down here heading up that way either!..

Ill put a post on BMSC see if there is anyone heading down, i am coming up that way but not till september for the WRC...

I'll weight it and measure it tonight and get a freight quote - if they will ship a petrol tank?

Otherwise get it in September if you want, I'll be at the WRC as well.

Sounds good cam id be happy to pay for freight... I don't see them not freighting a fuel tank provided it's not leaking old fuel and stuff?

Hey Matty, had a look inside it and it looks brand spankers. No corrosion at all! It weights about 8kg and the smart send quote to Bomaderry came out at about $53. It's yours if you can't find one closer mate.

done mate ill take it! smcka (being the kind sponsor he is!) said he will pick up the tab for the frieght so ill speak to him and get it all going!
