Maybe I should have also asked this question first.
What is involed in converting a deluxe instrument cluster to fitting a GT / XL cluster?
Is it a straight forward swap?
Is the wiring loom the same etc? ie did they use the same loom for a deluxe and a GT/XL?
I understand I would have to fit oil pressure sender. (Does anybody know what part number to order for a VDO or similar sender)
Is the temp sender the same?
Form memory (years ago) the tacho used to run of a looped wire in the back from feed from the coil.
