should I replace the driver trim or bog it and best and cheapest place for the following bulkhead/passenger floor pan and inner passenger guard

You really want to replace it all with metal, they are simple enough pieces to make yourself rather than spending a fortune on poor quality patch panels

most of the bends are nice and soft so you could do them gradually over the edge of a bench. Lay a piece of paper (A big enough one to cover all the rust section) and make a pattern for the art, marking soft folds (rolls) and sharp folds (bends). Cut your piece of steel to the pattern and mark all folds, with the soft folds gently fold the sheet a little, move the sheet about 5-10 mm depending on the fold and give it another little bend, continue like that until you have a soft fold to match the piece you need, for for sharper folds clamp a piece of pipe om top of the patch panel and fold up. For square or angled flds clamp a piece of wood on top of the patch inline with the edge of the bench and bend up or down. Hope i explained this right for you.

Will definitely photograph everything I was thing the guard and firewall I can get a foam hard set shape of them and the pan and bend them slowly to get the right shape same way I'm also doing a fiberglass wing for it

have a play with some steel (1mm should be fine for patches) and see what you can do. Try hamering to stretch the edges and to form bulges, once you have even the basics under your belt you will pick it up real quick. Have fun and bash some metal

Have a look at your post on AFF. I have responded there showing what I did with mine.
This is the worst Ive seen in Australia for a while...though Tassie is like England.
It looks daunting at first but if your patient and in no rush its achievable.
I used a 450mm metal folder for mine and a series of tubes with flanges welded and held in vices to form larger radiuses.
1mm is fine as it is what the originals were. Pattern parts seem thinner.

The passenger wheel well is going to be the hardest part to repair. the pitting shown suggests it all has to come out
The floors are easy and readily available. it will probably need, from those photos, inner sills and most likely outer sills...at least in the front but replace the entire section to be sure.
the front left chassis rails looks poo so might need attention, but again is pretty straight forward to replace and I believe should be available ex UK. or repair if necessary
I dont think lower bulkhead sections are available and would require the entire front end panels removed. Hit your local wrecker and see if you can find another car with similar shaped wheel well bowls, there are a few that could be grafted in You might need splash panels as well
What are the 'A' pillars like? I have some good Mk2 ones with very good scuttle sections.
The bubble isn't as bad as some and patch  panels are available or build your own...but if they are available its much quicker and less frustrating to buy
No matter what you'll need to get friendly with your welder and grinder and budget about 1-1.5K on panels if you buy new and 6 months part time work ( 1 day a weekend and an evening or two a week) just on the bulkhead and floors

Only one will needs replace chassis rail is still fine the a pillars are good im going to do it all myself for around $400 for the metal and a lot of hours bending etc the bowl isn't actually rusted at all its the splash panel and bulkhead
