Next was to work on making a dump pipe to get around steering shaft, x-member and chassis.
This is about where I have stopped on exhaust, currently finishes under around front seat rail area.

On Satruday just gone I decided to start on the fuel rail. Cant remember which Falcon it was from as I got two from an EL and EB I think?? Anyway cutting two injectors off will work alone but No.1 & No.4 injectors sit on a slight angles so I decided to cut and shut further to correct angles.

Also had to change angle the FPR sat on at the end.

Pretty happy with cost of finished product.

Now I'm going to start wiring in the Haltech.

Looking good Rhys, nice to see some more progress.

The valve reliefs on the pistons have me a little confused though!

Cheers Ryan, cant wait to be driving it.

Thanks Simon, good pickup on valve reliefs. Its a Cosworth bottom end, and as the pistons are built for boost I decided to retain them even though I'm using the single OHC. Who knows if I get rich it may get a Cossie head one day

I know what you're saying Rhys. There was a low mileage Cosworth head I looked at 8 or 9 months ago up in Tewantin, Qld. Came with std pistons & rods & 9 bolt crank. $4500 the lot. Someone from WA ended up with it.
