G'Day,

Just wondering peoples thoughts of the two manifolds pictured.
One has injectors shooting in from the side, not that close to the head.

Second one has them shooting directing down into manifold very close to head.

After opinions on what would be most efficient and why?

Thanks,
Rhys

Second pic is the better setup, although not ideal injector angle it will still work ok.also go for a single nozzle injector type.I have setup a few with same injector angles and it has worked fine.
It looks like you have been busy.....Might have to have a look soon

Thanks for the responses.
Davor,
I was leaning towards that one also.
Now to see if I can adapt the fuel rail from first pic to the second.
I've not been as busy as I'd like, just dummy fitting before engine comes out. I'll organise something soon ...maybe a working bee

Glenn,
I do have a Sierra Manifold which I can resort to if I need to. Just want to try something different, plus the standard T/B inlet has a smaller bore than that of the above setups.

Std manifold is supposed to flow well too.

Joey,
I hadn't considered the EA Falcon TBi in this instance as I already had this gear. What are the throat diameters in the Falcon T/B?

Cheers,
Rhys

Option 2, and the angle is fine.  Spraying it in at this angle atomises the fuel better.

Bit more info:

Option 1 has dual 50mm throats
Option 2 has dual 44mm throats

Option twos throttle body in more detail:
No Manufacturer markings, I don't know where its from or what it's off.
