Hi All.

I would like peoples opinions on Silver Top vs Black Top.
Known problems, rod/piston/crank strengh, head flow etc etc.
VVT/VCT????
Will be using either R1 carbs or throttle bodies along with a Megajolt style of ECU.

If anyone has some engine spec's on their own engine that they have modified, I would be interested to hear the pro's & con's and final power results.

Black Top fixed the Silver Top issues.

Go the Black top engine, there is so much more available off the shelf parts, cams ,valves, conrods, pistons, flywheels, ARP studs etc. USA is the place to get them
