Hello guys.
Have been trying to change my password via the 'forgotten your password?' link without any luck. When clicking the link in the email the response was a forum page popping up with 'your password key did not match!' written in red. Then tried the contact administrator link and got an email in return, from: Mail Administrator, subject: Mail System Error-Returned Mail. Am I using the right procedure here, or is there something that needs sorting out?

Hi Mark,

Click on your profile link at the right top area of the screen, you will need to enter your current password. Once in, you will see 2 fields to the top right of screen which you enter you new password in both, then select submit...and thats it done
