so if your not running an alloy radiator and i wanted to run dash 6 braided lines, i think weld on dash fittings only come in stainless and alloy ? so can stainless be welded/brazed to a radiator (i think the tanks are copper or brass ) ?

this is what i did when i installed a cossie in my old mk1

i took the radiator down to local radiator mob and had a connection braized welded to top tank. (cheap and easy!)

Where's that bottom line going Ty? To the side of the thermostat housing?

2WD Cosworth Thermostat housing looks like this.. this would bolt onto the pinto head... BUT the hose would be facing the wrong direction?

two outlet's on the housing. 1 is turbo water feed the other is to bleed the coolant system.

...If you have a top tank radiator like in a Mk1/k2 Escort then just drill out one of the lines and plug, neat[;^)]...I used a 1/8 BSP plug...
