Good Morning all, I am new to this thread, I hope I Am successful, I own a 1979 Ford Escort Sedan Mark 11 as they are called now 4 door Sedan, I have owned her since new, and have a hard time to find parts which is natural as I live in a country city. I am after the blue Ford Emblem that fits on the centre of steering wheel, and the rubber end that fits on the end of the sun visor to prevent it from falling down in front of your face.

Welcome to the forum, you will find a wealth of knowledge from members here and more than a few with a lot of parts.  I am pretty sure that you can get the small Ford badges on Ebay.  Do you have a wreckers where you live, you may find that a lot of different model cars have the same style of sunvisors and can maybe get the rubber end that way.

With the sunvisors try tightening the screws first which should help keep them up, as for the rubber caps I used carb vacuum caps that I got from my local parts store for about 5 bucks, heres an example of what I mean.

Lens right on the small ford badges on ebay, they are typically also used on hup caps and are easier to find by doing a search as such, like this one as another example

Good Morning all didn't know I had any replies to my posting, just been to E-Bay about the rubber end on Sunvisor don't know yet if they will fit. The same with the Blue Ford Emblem for the Steering Wheel, I will try above details. Thanking You.

Mine were near enough 11mm OD or 7/8 if I remember my conversions correctly.
Don't be too fussed if they're a little loose on the spindle, a couple of loops of electrical tape will tighten them up.
 
Steering wheel badge should measure 35mm x 13mm
