Hi to all, need some advice for jets size, redone my v6,picked the compression ,fully balance bottom end, flowed the heads and going to use 81R cam. So need jests sizes for 38 weber

Mains are usually 145, I know this from the 38dgas I used on the pinto, it came from a bmw 6cyl. If you haven't gone too radical on power over stock I reckon the std setup should be a good base to start from.. Emulsion tubes, airs, idlers, even the power valve cam be changed on then. Saying what you need is like asking for a length of string !
The motor will need to see a Dyno tuning shop at some stage early on tho..

Mains 145
Airs 170
Idle  45
Emulsion Tube F50
Pump Jet  70
needle Valve 250
Float Level  40/52.5
 
Your description of what you have done on the engine lacks technical detail.  Appears to be maybe 130 to 140 HP.  The above combo is good to about 170HP.

Sorry for not give full details, here is what I did, pick up the compression from 8.9:1 to 10.5:1 on pistons, balance all rotating parts on bottom end , on the heads went for gasflow and port, and going to use 81R cam.
 
But will use your combo.

Hey Marty,
How does a 38DGAS compare to a 350 Holley.  The one on my pinto is a bit fuel heavy low down, maybe with the DGAS being more tuneable it might go better, what CFM capacity does it have? My pinto is 2.1, 10:1 compression, mid range cam and some good headwork with big bore tuned length pipes.

A 38DGAS has around 380-390cfm so slightly higher than the 350 Holley. They are really easy to tune up for a given motor, apparently a mild tune pinto should run ok with V6 Capri jet settings, we used to just bolt them on back in the 90s !
My van had a 38dgas and it was only stock cam and valves but raised compression to approx 10.9 , I fiddled with jets(160) n tubes, idlers etc till it was running smooth. Yours is a half up cam so it'll not have a smooth idle and that's where the fuel/air mix is most inefficient. If you car tries to hunt or jolt at normal speeds ( continuous cruising at low revs) it is way too rich.
Getting back to Holley's, the old trick was to run a metering block from a 650 or 750, and weaken the power valve spring, well this is what we done with a 465 on pinto, then realized the whole thing was rubbish and went to 2x 40dcoe !
