Thanks gents.

escfalcap, currently the camber is 1deg and caster 2.5 however there is still plenty of adjustment in the strut top mount for more adjustment.

I'm in Canberra.

Great Blue,
I am in Greenwell Point NSW, so one day when we are hopefully free of a certain virus and I have a small Ford on the road I will organise a trip to the nations capital. I used to do a lot of work there so would be nice to see the place again.

I am interested to know how you set up the Sylvia hybrid suspension, to know how the whole geometry would work?
Probably a bit too much for here so I'll wait for that road trip.

You don't happen to use John Wilson, AKZ for your engineering do you?

Mark, let me know when your in the area, your welcome to come and have a look.

I am using John Wilson, he seemed to have a good idea of what I want to achieve and how to make it work unlike others I have spoken to.

You also have Troy from Fink Engineering in your area. My cousin in Wollongong uses him a lot and finds him good.

Thanks Blue, I will take you up on the offer when road trips become 'fashionable'.
I have my engineer sorted thanks. John is very good and very practical. He did a couple for me quite a few years back when he was commuting to Sydney and Goulburn was a stopover.

The seats are in and fitted fairly nicely. I will make some infill panels for the rear seats once I dig out the rear side trim panels. I wanted the seats to sit fairly low so mounted the front seats on some brackets at the front and some stand off's at the back (with crush tubes and suitable backing plate under the floor pan for the through bolts).

A Megasquirt ECU came up on Facebook for a good price, the main board assembly was top notch however the mods that were made were a bit so so, I have removed all the mods and will re-do them to suit the V6 engine with coil on plug.

A trip to the wreckers with a tape measure turned up a Suzuki Swift AC condenser, now to make it fit!

Heh Blue, I'd never heard of MegaSquirt but have checked out the website. I think my head is still spinning?
Are you controlling spark and some sort of EFI setup? Probably not enough room for it here but sounds extremely interesting to my (carburetor controlled) mind.

Yes the Megasquirt will be configured to control spark using the 6 COP Logic coils on the engine already and fuel. I will also set it up to control quite a few things such as cooling fan, idle solenoid, canister purge and VVT solenoids etc. They are quite versatile however take a bit of setting up in the first place but I find it interesting and it's pretty satisfying when the engine fires up first time.
The tuning software, Tuner Studio, is really user friendly and there is a large online Megasquirt community to help with ideas and set up information.

Please remind me, what engine are you running?

The engine is a Ford Duratec, this one that I'm using came out of an S type Jaguar as it has the coolant pipes on the front of the head not the rear as the front wheel drive versions (Escape/Tribute) have.
