I agree Glen; an on-line register is the only answer to attempting to know how many Capris are left and with what equipment.
Maybe a petition with heaps of signatures might convince FoMoCo that we need their help via FOI (freedom of information) ?  They couldn't possibly be so inept to have lost or destroyed all traces of their products could they ?

I took some engine and interior shots but the exposure is wrong. Too much sunshine in qld ha ha. The winter up here is just perfect for classic car driving, sunshine, cool crisp air and no mud. Summer is good for very early morning drives and then find a shady spot for the day.
At least all you blokes down south will be getting ready for the summer good weather driving.

It's such a beautiful car Ron and has delayed my builds over the past few years wanting to match that perfection. From heater core to vinyl roof and beyond you sir have done all of us proud.

Den, you say 11 BSS............
Been led to believe only 4 were BSS..............the other seven were sold via other non-BSS dealers
 

My "Special D-port 165HP" eng no is CK17ME33191P
 
Does anyone know what the other numbers are for the other 10 "Specials" please, other than they all started with CK17ME ---- P ? (with one ending in C in lieu of P)
