Thanks guys. I am working on a two inch mandrel bend exhaust at the moment. Then I will be able to run the engine without getting all the neighbours offside.

Ron it looks great would it be possible to get the bonnet black out measurements from your car or if you could please send me some bigger pictures would be handy.

Blown 66 I hope those pics are clear enough.
Details.
Front of blackout is paralell to ford letters and back about one inch.
Sides run paralell to step in bonnet and in about 1 inch.
Sides flare out over scuttle panel at least half inch.
Front corners on ours have a bigger radius than original. Factory corners look almost square from a few metres away.
Pin stripe is a quarter of an inch, leaving half inch of body color to main blackout.
Original paint was satin black which requires a lot of flatting agent to be added if using two pack.
Any details/differences I might have missed others can feel free to add.


The other pics are of the zorst I made this week.
2 inch pipe with mandrel bends and following the path of the factory pipe.
