The white Capri is a 1970 it was painted in 'diamond white'. The stripes were painted on before the clear coat - I wouldn't say they are technically correct as I just gave the panel beater a photo to copy. I liked that car - low back white seats Pretty much my first ever car. Sold it for a song about 7 years ago.  The teal glow strips I would suggest are correct

This diagram looks to be the same as how it was painted last time,
Could it be that cars painted from december 1971 have been prepared with later 1972 black outs
