Banjo Bolts required are  10mm X 1.0 mm and you need 4 x 10mm copper washers to get a propper seal.
 
I am gettig them from a mate but you can get them from the HEL website or any brake part supplier.  Just google them.

Here is a pic of the caliper dummy fitted to the strut along with the manifold splitter and a braided hose to suit, everything fits nicely.
