Phil Looking better than before.
I bet craig wishes he was driving her around bathurst instead of that yukky holden. He would have been in front for the last 3 laps not behind.
Well done again, how short is the to do list now...

Cheers Stanley

The main things that remain under the bonnet are to finish the head, source the new turbo and build the new inlet manifold.
For the interior the sunvisors and door handles need to be covered in suede then the rear seat needs to be trimmed, the car needs to be running and mobile to do the rear seat...it may be the biggest job of the whole car, seems crazy as it is only cosmetic and cant be used

Other than that, the paint needs to be wet rubbed and buffed, it is still as it came out of the booth and then I need to source an 18" spare wheel that will fit over the brakes...

Then it will be finished!!!

Did his face look something like this?

Yes, that is (was) Craig Lowndes' first car. '66 MK1 Cortina. Had a hot 2ltr Pinto that his Dad Frank built.
