Yes the vents fit back in..look at pic 5. The speakers were spaced off the back of the panel for this very reason

I'm going to mate the engine with my auto box and see how it goes..

Here's a pic from today. Lowered about 40mm front and back. It's not super low but looks heaps better than before. And still drives nice

Thanks guys. Sterling I know what you're saying about the tyres. I might go 175/60/13 next time and make a small modification to the front guards. The rims are zero offset, I went with the 50 series because I knew they would definitely clear the inner edge of the guards (see below) when turning.
