I just got this baby fired up on a pallet tonight. Faaaaark does it bark!!!
 

Did you take any vids?  The thought of an engine started on a pallet sounds piss funny.

Haha, Cheers guys and thanks Mark for your kind offer. Gods know I could do with some help every now and then.
I have ordered a GRP4 top radiator panel and plain bottom panel from Fourd Performance (Paul T) to keep the 2L radiator modification nice and neat. I had a local guy lined up to weld it all in for me but his panel beater took another position today, leaving him with a massive work load. So a couple of weeks until that's done.
After that, no excuses

Purchasing a well cared for car certainly helped me in that respect. Outlaying the extra cash for it suited me much better than the project route as I don't have the required skills, time or funds to start ground up.

Edit: I left the car at the body works today and should be back home by Fri. I'm looking forward to seeing the results

I found the 2L escort sump baffle was broken so my neighbour Keith cranked out his CIG welder this morning and fixed it up for me. Cheers Keith!
