Haha more like a scuba tank I think Beevee, looks like its been dragged from a creek.
He's jacked it up from 4 to 10k now. I'd have paid 4 if the parts were still ok but the twin cam shell I knew of for sale, logbooked ex racer rust free, has sold now so the boats definitely sailed for me.

I dont think it was actually beyond resto, all of the panels are available as we know.
 
MK1, 2 door, with lotus engine, $10k?
This might be one that we look back on in X years and kick ourselves...
 
Probably worth buying, add a tarp and do nothing.
$10k will do better return than our super over the next few years :( 

The link and the car seem to have disappeared now. The ad did say that it was listed on ebay but no luck there. Maybe its found a home?
