Does comes with parcel shelf speakers though, so who knows.
Would be pretty cool to do a rat rod take, leave virtually as is externally, but fully kitted out drivewise, brakes suspension etc. I expect it would probably attract attention from the authorities though.

This one was came up about twelve months back, from and inland town in the South West of WA so it would've been sitting in freshwater, it popped up on gumtree for a day, he obviously had some interest in it so it went to ebay apparently.
It was a complete car engine, interior, the lot but was almost broken in half from the rust and when they pulled it out of its resting place with a piece of earth moving equipment. I wish I'd saved more pics of it.
 
I heard from a reliable source it went for around 20k.

For 20K it can be someone elses.
It seems there are some 'reasonable' bargains around though, mainly mk2s'.
Perhaps the covid pricing has stabilised for a while.
That or its just become the new norm.
 
 
 

I def think covid pricing has started to settle, im seeing prices drop slightly on things although it does seem that over all things are still achieving premiums over what 'use to be'. Which i guess if you own it is a good thing.

Robbie, my yellow van I sold about a year ago for $15k, went to Perth, then he sold it for $23k , now it's in Gumtree for $38k , either I undercut myself bad on the sale or prices have gone mental in 12 months !!
