Hotwheels collectables

Hello all, not sure if anyone is into the Hotweels cars. I usually have a look at the rack when I'm in my local parts shop, I can see how people get into them but I have to limit myself to just the Small Fords, Escorts, Sierra's etc.
 
Anyway... theres a new Escort out, a green RS2000. Lime green is the common one which I picked up today but theres also a Super treasure hunt one in Metallic green.
 
For $2.50 they're a bit of fun and worth keeping an eye out for.

I think Deano bought one from a local snack bar last week, another friend got one from Autopro

They're available at alot of places, auto shops, Big W etc
It was my mate that actually found it for me in Repco, he sent me a pic and I said grab it. A staunch Holden fan he then sent me another message saying how he'd never felt so embarrassed having to go up to the counter with a Ford in his hand and then even worse he was followed out and beaten up by some local thugs  
As with most Holden fans he's got a wild imagination...

Ah Holden likers are a strange breed..
Used to see those avid likers on the footpath wearing their hsv jackets and trousers looking king as they WALK down the road cause their Tom WalkingForSure VL has busted a strut or something half a mile back.!!

Yes Marty was right, the local Coles has the Lime Green Rs2000, $2.80 so keep an eye out.
Previously i'd only found them at Repco.
I was in Repco yesterday getting some of their best 20W/50 ($28), but the Hotwheels bins had been well and truly picked over, no more Escorts to be found.
I'm on the wrong pc, but have pics on the work one of the latest additions to the future grandkids playroom.
 
Anyone playing with Tonka's still? Yes I admit, guilty especially if the trailer is full of conc sand..
They are are an easy swap meet find, I've got the usual full Vic Roads grader/digger/bobcat/crane etc fleet. What would really be nice to find  was a black Space edition transit van or green Jeep renegade camping set, both I had when we used to make mixed tapes from taping Rage on a Friday night.
