Driving light brackets?

Can anyone tell me what these brackets suit?

The first 2 look universal type matched pair
The 3 rd one I've got no idea

The right one might be to mount the lights under the bumper using the over rider bolts, or, possibly from a MK2 cortina / mk4 zephyr, I got a pair from the UK with these brackets as well
