FORGOTTEN FORD SUNDAY - RESCHEDULED now Sunday 22nd February 2015 at Parramatta Park

Forgotten Ford Sunday is less than 6 weeks away and is at Parramatta Park, in the same location as last year.
 
Hosted by the Capri Car Club of NSW, it is one of the last Ford car shows of the year and has some of the best small Fords on display.
 
Invited clubs include: Anglia Prefect Club of Australia, Cortina Anglia Prefect Club of Australia, RS Owners CLub of NSW, Zephyr Zodiac Car Club, Small Ford Car Club of NSW, Hunter British Ford Group, ACT Small Ford Owners Club and the Capri Car Club of Victoria.
 
Each participating member of the invited clubs has the chance to go home with a trophy for “most appealing car” chosen by our judges on the day.
 
As we are on the grassed area again this year the park has requested that all cars must supply their own drip tray to place under the vehicle while on display. Cars that do not have their own drip tray (disposable or permanent) will not be permitted to participate in the display and will be ineligible to win a trophy. Cars must be in place by 9.30am and cannot leave until after presentations have completed (by 3pm).

    There is less than 1 week to go and all the trophies have been orgainised for each of the visiting clubs.
    Thanks to major sponsors, Meguiar's, each of the Trophy winners from each club will also receive a Meguiars gift pack.
    Each Entrant also receives a sample bag with items from Just Cars, Meguiars, Avon and other sponsors just for having your car on display, and remember as we are on the grass each car MUST HAVE a oil drip tray (disposable or permanent) under their car to participate in the display.

    Due to the poor weather on the day, this event has been rescheduled to SUNDAY 22 FEBRUARY 2015.
     
    We apologise to anyone who still travelled to the event as we were not able to get in touch with all clubs in time to advise the cancellation.....

    Hi, sorry for not responding earlier, even though the weather wasn't the best the event did go ahead with only 20 cars in attendance.
     
    In future, the event will go ahead unless the weather is totally out of control, as trying to reschedule events with dates clashing with Eastern Creek Races, rebooking sponsors and peoples existing commitments are very difficult to cater to, the set date will remain.....
     
    Thanks to those who attended, won trophies and raffle prizes. Hope to get some photo's of the event up soon.
