Ice White RS

Thought it was about time I put some pic's up of my on going 1979 RS project, I had it painted Kenworth ice white (pure white) needless to say my mate paints trucks for a living.

thanks to all the positve feedback, I hoped that it would be finished by xmas but I don't want to rush it.
It will be finished in time for Hawks Nest Tea Gardens Motorfest in May (I think)[x2x]
I was going to go the Superlite route but I like to be a little different, because the white is blinding I'm even thinking of painting them black or dark charcoal and making some RS centre caps.[:p]

Are the wheels 15x7's? Black would be the go!

Update of the build again, prefit of the reskinned door & nosecone.
Underneath is now complete with the swaybar fitted (12mm yes I know not really worth it, but it looks good!)& exhaust is fitted.now I can hear those carbies punching a hole trough the ozone glass is in the rear doors, which brings me to the question... too tint or not too tint? & new windscreen purchased.
I also discovered that the wheels are off PeterM's two door project.

I am glad that the wheels fitted and you appear happy with them.
    Looks great!

Our resto is still on the spit. Sometimes I consider adding a small flame underneath and start to rotate the spit slowly......
