Had a play - this will be a future upgrade with my individual GSXR throttle bodies

Very nice Paul

Did you make the port holes in the flange slightly smaller than the port? It is a good idea to step the flange down to create a 1mm anti reversion lip[%]

HI Phil.

I have not finalised the final port size as I need to machine some tubes to suit. The 42mm throttle bodies have around 5% larger overall circumference than the standard Zetec ports.

I also picked these up for a decent price - couldn't say no

Not the well known KENT items etc but the quality and assembly looks OK to me.

OK, had a few items arrive this week so I thought I'd throw them up on here.

Ordered an Alloy radiator from Ralloy in the UK. hey have an off the shelf item to suit the Zetec application - along with Duratec, XE and the Pinto. Quality of finish is fantastic and was half the price (delivered!) of the locally manufactured item. I thoroughly recommend Ralloy as their products look great and their customer service is what you would expect from a company exporting worldwide. Plus the 2 radiators (ordered along with Diablo) arrived within a week of dispatch.

I also need to move on my pedal box assembly so I needed to find a bias bar assembly to suit my application. I eventually chose the Tilton 7/16" item over others for a few reasons
  • Readily available locally.
  • Jam nuts on the clevis shaft - I need to lock my bias bar for engineering approval.
  • The nose of the clevis is longer to take more thread from the master cylinder push rod.
.

I have made a jig to hold the balance bar shaft in position and parallel to the pedal pivot point.
